Curriculum
Integration of the Merdeka and MATATAG Curriculum has been made to achieve character development and the 21st Century Skills. My ulterior motive was to ensure that I bring the strength of the Philippine educational curriculum to Indonesia, which is setting learning competencies that target the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of children. The objectives were meticulously formulated according to the SMART Objectives— specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound. According to the Merdeka Curriculum, Pancasila Student Profile is significant towards academic achievement, which is why such are included in the lesson plan creation. All of these statements will be further discussed in the following discussion.

Teaching Plan Related To Social Studies
Having a two-hour allotment to teach is an advantage to implementing a game-based approach. Also, since the topic consists of the seventeen (17) Sustainable Development Goals, it is ideal to utilize a teaching strategy that will capture the motivation and interest of students. If the lecture method is the only method used, it is more likely for students to lose their interest, given that they have little attention span and it is a two-hour meeting. One factor that was also considered is the language barrier between the teacher and the students, making it appropriate for the teacher to use pictures and non-textual presentations. With all of these considerations, the teacher deliberately planned an interactive game-based approach in teaching the Sustainable Development Goals. In relation to the curricula in the Philippines and Indonesia, character development and 21st Century Skills acquisition was also given attention to. The subject matter manifests having a good relationship with the environment, having awareness of the consequences of our actions, and identifying the different goals that all countries should participate in. Thus, the teacher had to reiterate the role of the students in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals while giving facts and information in the respective goal.
